How quickly will you reply?
WhatsApp and email usually within an hour during 09:00–22:00 GMT. Outside hours, expect a reply first thing.
When do I pay?
After confirming availability, we send a deposit link (Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer). 30% deposit for multi-day tours. Balance on arrival or pre-paid.
What if I need to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24h before your tour — full refund. Less than 24h = 50% refund. Weather cancellations are refunded 100% or rebooked.
Can you arrange hotel pickup outside Merzouga?
Yes. Errachidia (€45/vehicle), Erfoud (€30/vehicle), Rissani (€30/vehicle), Fes or Marrakech (€180/vehicle for 1–4 pax).
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Moroccan Ministry of Tourism licensed. Public liability and bike insurance included on every tour.
